Responsibilities

• ▹Design target architectures for modern data and lakehouse platforms based on Databricks and cloud technologies
• ▹Advise customers on strategic architecture decisions and the modernization of their data landscapes
• ▹Run architecture workshops, assessments and technical reviews
• ▹Take responsibility for technical standards, governance approaches and best practices for modern data platforms
• ▹Steer transformation projects from strategic concept to successful implementation
• ▹Support presales activities and the further development of the Databricks portfolio

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of professional experience in the data, analytics or cloud field
• ▹Extensive experience with Databricks and modern data and analytics platforms
• ▹Knowledge of lakehouse architectures, data engineering and Azure or comparable cloud technologies
• ▹Experience in consulting and technical leadership of customer projects
• ▹Strategic thinking, strong communication and a confident presence
• ▹Enjoy working at the interface between business units, IT and management
• ▹German at C1 level or native level
