In the Insights & Analytics team of IKEA Denmark you turn data into trusted business insights and decision support. You build Power BI dashboards, data models and SQL queries, and translate business questions into clear analytical solutions.
Responsibilities
- ▹Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that support business performance follow-up
- ▹Create data models, measures and datasets that are reliable, scalable and easy to use
- ▹Write SQL queries to extract, transform and prepare data for analysis and reporting
- ▹Conduct exploratory analysis to identify patterns, gaps, opportunities and business drivers
- ▹Work closely with Insights Leaders to combine analytical findings with business and customer understanding
- ▹Translate business questions into data requirements and clear analytical solutions
- ▹Help improve data quality, definitions and documentation together with the Data Governance and Activation Leader
- ▹Use and explore AI-supported ways of working to make analysis, reporting and insight generation more efficient
- ▹Communicate findings in a simple and visual way that helps stakeholders understand what is happening, why it matters and what actions could be taken
Requirements
- ▹Solid experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BI Developer or similar role
- ▹Highly skilled in SQL and Python, comfortable working with large and complex datasets
- ▹Strong experience with data modelling, data transformation and creating reliable data structures for reporting and analysis
- ▹Practical experience with MS Fabric and Power BI, including building clear dashboards, semantic models, measures and automated reporting solutions
- ▹Understanding of how to turn business needs into data requirements, analysis and user-friendly reporting solutions
- ▹Ability to translate data into clear stories that help stakeholders understand performance, identify gaps and decide what to do next
- ▹Structured and proactive way of working, with the ability to prioritise and drive tasks forward independently
- ▹Curiosity about AI and motivation to explore how AI can improve work with data, analysis and decision-making
- ▹Enjoys working closely with stakeholders in a collaborative team

What we offer
- ▹37+ hours per week on a salaried contract (funktionærkontrakt), with additional hours and overtime included in the salary
- ▹Flexible working hours (typically 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
