Responsibilities

• ▹Connect with the Super Circles and understand their reporting needs, way of working and the data ecosystem
• ▹Create management operational performance reports (SLA performance of key activities) and analyses to find pain points and formulate improvement areas
• ▹Translate business needs into analytical requests: discuss and challenge requirements, checking feasibility, timelines and data availability
• ▹Provide insight by connecting different information flows and analyses, both structurally and on request
• ▹Develop reports on quantitative and qualitative aspects and define data requirements for Client Services teams
• ▹Create new reports and align with IT, Tribes, Management and other stakeholders
• ▹Deliver and automate recurring operational management reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• ▹Be the key SPOC for the SuperCircle for all data-related questions
• ▹Improve and experiment with the data landscape (e.g. moving from Excel to a database-oriented solution, trying tools such as PowerBI and Cognos)
• ▹Participate in alignment meetings to improve reporting tools and data management processes
• ▹Provide in-depth analysis of operational data to answer specific business questions
• ▹Create (advanced) ad-hoc reporting using tools like Access, Excel, PowerBI, SQL, SAS, Cognos
• ▹Stimulate cross-border interaction and alignment between people, expertise teams, squads and service organizations in central and local business lines

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a reporting/data analysis environment
• ▹Relevant track record of working in the operations area
• ▹Strong experience with Excel, VBA and a database-related environment (e.g. Access)
• ▹Ability to prioritize and transform user information requirements into reports and analyses
• ▹Pro-active mindset
• ▹Ability to extract key observations from data and communicate them clearly in executive messaging and reporting
• ▹Ability to work with key stakeholders, with a proven track record in achieving results
• ▹Fast learner, able to understand the complex Belgian operations model and deliver results quickly
• ▹Ability to work multidisciplinary as part of a Belgian team, making different cultures work together as one team
• ▹Fluency in English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with tools such as SAP, SAS, SQL, Cognos or MS Power BI (a plus; interest in these tools is a must)
