You coordinate API and web service integrations with external partners and suppliers from specification to production, and explore AI-based integration options. Base salary from EUR 1,900 gross per month.
Responsibilities
- ▹Communicate with external partners, suppliers and third parties about API/web service integrations
- ▹Coordinate the integration process from requirements through implementation to production deployment
- ▹Advise third parties on implementation on their side (technical consultation, troubleshooting, testing support)
- ▹Coordinate content and deadlines between internal teams and external partners
- ▹Prepare and maintain technical documentation for API/web service interfaces (API specifications, integration guides, usage examples)
- ▹Prepare business and functional specifications for APIs on our side, working with developers to define endpoints, data flows, authentication, error handling and the overall integration architecture
- ▹Create and maintain onboarding materials for new partners (developer portal, changelogs, FAQ)
- ▹Ensure versioning and consistency of documentation when APIs change
- ▹Map and assess third-party integration options through AI (e.g. AI agents, Model Context Protocol, conversational interfaces, automated workflow connections)
- ▹Prepare requirements and documentation for AI-driven integrations, follow trends in AI-based integration and propose gradual adoption
- ▹Work with AI and data teams to define which internal processes and data can be exposed to third-party AI solutions and under what conditions (governance, security, regulatory compliance)
- ▹Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- ▹Ensure integrations comply with internal standards
- ▹Support handling of production incidents related to API integrations
- ▹Support testing, validation and performance monitoring of deployed solutions
- ▹Document solutions and the related processes
Requirements
- ▹University degree
- ▹At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- ▹Spoken and written English (minimum B2)
- ▹Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ▹Knowledge of SQL and Python
- ▹Experience with API integrations (REST, possibly SOAP): design, documentation, testing
- ▹Ability to read and write technical documentation (API specifications, OpenAPI/Swagger)
- ▹Basic orientation in API authentication and security (OAuth, SAML, API keys, encryption)
- ▹Experience communicating with external partners and suppliers at a technical level
- ▹Ability to translate between business and technical language
- ▹Basics of working with tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI
- ▹Familiarity with the concepts of AI agents, LLMs and integration standards
- ▹Knowledge of data formats (e.g. JSON, XML) and the basics of data modeling
Nice to have
- ▹Knowledge of SQL and Python is an advantage
