Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Translate complex business challenges into production-ready AI, data and automation solutions
• ▹Speak with stakeholders, analyse business processes, design solutions and build prototypes that grow into scalable implementations
• ▹Collaborate with AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, architects and client teams to bring solutions into production
• ▹Help organisations implement Agentic AI, automation and AI platforms
• ▹Ensure customer value, adoption and successful implementation together with users and client teams

Requirements

• ▹Higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) working and thinking level
• ▹Experience at the intersection of software engineering, AI, data, automation or solution design
• ▹Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into working AI, data and automation solutions
• ▹Experience with stakeholder management and working with users and client teams
• ▹Knowledge of AI, Agentic AI, automation and implementing solutions within existing processes and systems
• ▹Ability to switch easily between technical depth and business issues and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
• ▹Fluent Dutch (C1)
