Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and carry out threat and risk analyses within OT
• ▹Identify vulnerabilities and help customers prioritise the right security measures
• ▹Lead or develop initiatives such as network segmentation
• ▹Support security organisations in developing standards, guidelines and ways of working for operational environments
• ▹Implement solutions for increased OT security
• ▹Help organisations gradually raise their security maturity
• ▹Build understanding and bridges between business, IT, OT and security functions

Requirements

• ▹Practical experience of OT security and security work in operational environments
• ▹Good understanding of IEC 62443 and relevant frameworks
• ▹Ability to carry out or lead risk and security analyses
• ▹Used to working close to the business and understanding both technical and commercial needs
• ▹Ability to communicate complex security issues clearly and in a trust-building way
• ▹Comfortable in a consultative role where relationships and collaboration are important

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with ISO 27001 and NIST CSF
• ▹Experience implementing NIS2/CSL, GDPR, CRA or other relevant legislation
• ▹Manufacturing industry and/or critical infrastructure experience
• ▹Experience with networks, PLC, HMI, MES or other operational equipment
