Responsibilities

• ▹Support Product Managers and Designers in shaping and refining digital solutions for test object planning, procurement, build tracking and test readiness
• ▹Structure the backlog into clear, technically feasible items aligned with the AngularJS frontend and Java backend environment
• ▹Contribute to early discovery and assess technical implications and guide solution design
• ▹Act as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
• ▹Collaborate closely with developers to support implementation, clarify scope and help resolve technical challenges
• ▹Mentor and guide team members
• ▹Handle change management to support digital transformations
• ▹Keep close connections with business stakeholders and Digital Product Managers (DPMs)

Requirements

• ▹Experience in software development (Java and/or AngularJS)
• ▹Familiarity with agile ways of working and digital product development
• ▹Ability to translate complex business needs into structured, actionable digital solutions
• ▹Effective communication across business and technical stakeholders
• ▹University degree or equivalent
• ▹Experience leading functionally, preferably within IT management
• ▹Deep understanding of the cost, risks and compliance requirements of development and operations

• ▹Vehicle testing and validation processes
• ▹Supply chain or logistics related to test object handling
• ▹Procurement planning and supplier collaboration
• ▹ERP systems or enterprise-grade process support tools
• ▹Working within large industrial organizations or transformation programs
