Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Support and maintain the servers and related support systems
• ▹Ensure that the server environment works correctly and efficiently for users
• ▹Work closely with team members and external partners to solve technical problems and implement improvements in the system

Requirements

• ▹University education, preferably in systems science or computer science, or other education combined with experience deemed relevant by the agency
• ▹Several years of experience in VMware server administration, installation, configuration and maintenance
• ▹Experience of advanced troubleshooting and problem solving of server-related hardware and software
• ▹Several years of experience of central configuration management with HP OneView for both VMware and Citrix XenServer
• ▹Several years of experience working in enterprise environments based on VMware as hypervisor
• ▹Experience working with security-related technical issues
• ▹Experience establishing and maintaining technical documentation
• ▹Basic knowledge of networking and communication technology: TCP/IP, DNS and firewalls
• ▹Good spoken and written Swedish
• ▹Good spoken and written English
• ▹Security vetting is required for some positions, and Swedish citizenship for some security-classified roles

Nice to have

• ▹Relevant training in specific IT infrastructure areas, for example product or technology courses
• ▹Knowledge of ITIL
