Requirements

• ▹Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams delivering high-impact, user-facing projects, ideally 4+ years
• ▹Ability to operate in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments with clear business metrics
• ▹Experience scaling teams and aligning them to product and revenue goals
• ▹Ability to track performance and help team members improve
• ▹Excellent communication in cross-functional environments (product, data, design)
• ▹Relevant engineering background building scalable SaaS products
