Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineer, Automation – 24-month fixed-term contract

Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure GMP- and SOP-compliant capture, preparation, storage, analysis and reporting of process data as an essential part of the manufacturing documentation
• ▹Support in case of system problems and outages
• ▹Coordinate and carry out measures to resolve process and system faults, including organizing internal and external service providers and suppliers
• ▹Support BDIS-related projects for new requirements and migration projects (system engineering and software updates), including commissioning and installation and functional tests
• ▹Coordinate and carry out regular monitoring, maintenance and repair measures on the systems
• ▹Coordinate security activities for the plant data acquisition systems in connection with the adjacent systems in the Sanofi network
• ▹Contribute expert knowledge to inspections and quality audits
• ▹Handle day-to-day tasks independently in compliance with GMP guidelines

Requirements

• ▹Several years of professional experience in information or automation technology, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• ▹Sound knowledge of IT, programming, Windows Server, databases, networking and security
• ▹Basic knowledge of the GMP environment (qualification, validation, change control, GAMP 5)
• ▹Completed degree (Bachelor / Master / Diplom) in information technology, electrical engineering, automation engineering or a comparable field
• ▹Good German and English, written and spoken

Nice to have

• ▹Experience supporting plant data information systems from the manufacturer AspenTech
• ▹General knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
