Responsibilities

  • ▹Develop seamless self-serve conversion flows from discovery and quote to signup
  • ▹Build and optimize the high-traffic alan.com website across markets
  • ▹Power acquisition channels (paid, SEO, LLM) and scale marketing campaigns
  • ▹Iterate on self-serve flows as products using research, data and user observation
  • ▹Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research and Product

Requirements

  • ▹6+ years of software engineering experience
  • ▹Good experience building and shipping web applications
  • ▹Genuine interest in the business side: conversion funnels, marketing metrics and growth
  • ▹Ability to build delightful user experiences at scale
  • ▹Clear career progression with increasing responsibility
