On this team you'll build the AI-native internal platform that every Alaner uses daily to navigate the company, find context and take action. Building on Alan's transparent, written, async culture, you'll design intelligent agents that automate real organizational workflows and push LLMs into production for structured reasoning and tool use.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Build the AI-powered internal platform every Alaner uses daily
  • ▹Design and ship intelligent agents automating onboarding, knowledge retrieval, performance alignment and decision support
  • ▹Push LLMs into production for structured reasoning, agentic task execution and deep tool integration
  • ▹Build and scale Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and user lifecycle across 25+ systems
  • ▹Replace generic tools (HRIS, performance reviews, IAM) with Alan-native software

Requirements

  • ▹Fullstack software engineering experience
  • ▹Experience with Python/Flask
  • ▹Experience building production systems with LLMs and agents
  • ▹Experience integrating with internal tools and systems

Nice to have

  • ▹Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs and human-in-the-loop design
  • ▹Experience with IAM/PAM and user lifecycle management
