Responsibilities

• ▹Lead complex SAP SuccessFactors implementations in national and international environments across all project phases
• ▹Capture client requirements and translate them into a suitable system configuration; plan, design and facilitate workshops
• ▹Coordinate the various project stakeholders and actively manage client relationships
• ▹Provide professional guidance and development to junior colleagues
• ▹Take responsibility for successfully acquiring new clients and projects
• ▹Actively drive knowledge building, network with the international Deloitte community and expand internal know-how together with colleagues

Requirements

• ▹At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in international (in-house) consulting
• ▹Experience as a project manager introducing cloud-based HCM systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors)
• ▹Completed university degree, preferably related to HR or IT
• ▹Expertise in HR strategy, HR process design, Future of Work and HR Operating Model / HR Service Delivery
• ▹Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a strong entrepreneurial mindset
• ▹Project-related willingness to travel and excellent communication skills in German and English
