Java Backend Developer (Spring Boot, Kafka & Microservices, Remote)

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop backend applications with Java and Spring
• ▹Design and implement microservice architectures
• ▹Build and evolve REST APIs and integrations between platforms
• ▹Take part in developing event-driven solutions with Kafka
• ▹Ensure the quality, security and performance of the applications
• ▹Collaborate on the technical design and evolution of new features
• ▹Take part in the full development, testing and deployment cycle
• ▹Apply good development practices and continuous improvement

Requirements

• ▹Solid experience with Java 17+
• ▹Strong command of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and Spring Security
• ▹Experience designing and developing microservices
• ▹Experience working with Kafka
• ▹REST API development and integration
• ▹Testing with JUnit 5 and Mockito
• ▹Experience with code quality tools such as SonarQube
• ▹Ability to work in collaborative environments and agile methodologies
