Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with Sales to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision and strategy to customers
• ▹Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities
• ▹Deliver product and technical presentations
• ▹Provide feedback on the products and competitive landscape to internal teams
• ▹Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems
• ▹Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos and contribute knowledge base articles

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• ▹Openness to varied and complex assignments; strong judgment, collaboration and leadership
• ▹First-class written and oral communication skills for remote-first teams and worldwide customers
