Responsibilities

• ▹Build the storage layer of the general-purpose data platform with both OLAP and OLTP capabilities
• ▹Develop a database layer that serves classic analytics queries as well as freshly stored data
• ▹Design a system that separates compute and storage and runs on multiple cloud providers
• ▹Make pragmatic architectural decisions while evolving from internal dogfooding to production-grade SaaS

Requirements

• ▹Senior-level software or database engineering experience
• ▹Comfort with ambiguity, early-stage work and a high degree of autonomy
