Lead Product Analyst, B2C Financial Services

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead a team of product analysts supporting product and business teams
• ▹Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present findings compellingly
• ▹Work with stakeholders including product and marketing on fundamental research and one-time requests
• ▹Monitor existing metrics for the Financial Products and develop new metrics that inform decisions
• ▹Develop data visualizations and reports for business and product teams
• ▹Assist in planning data structures and data quality improvements

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 4 years of experience as a data/product analyst
• ▹Experience leading a team of data analysts of any size
• ▹Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• ▹Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools
• ▹Experience planning data structures for new products and features
• ▹Strong Python knowledge (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, etc.)
• ▹Strong quantitative skills and structured problem-solving
• ▹Excellent verbal and written communication with business and product teams

Nice to have

• ▹Product analytics experience in fintech
• ▹Experience using LLM/AI for analytical purposes
