Responsibilities

• ▹Implement and configure Cyberhaven's solution within clients' existing environments
• ▹Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, diagnose issues and create customized dataset and policy solutions
• ▹Use log file analysis, debugging and advanced troubleshooting to find the causes of complex technical problems and coordinate resolutions with Support, Engineering and Operations
• ▹Partner with developers, project managers and support staff to deliver high-quality solutions on time
• ▹Deliver technical training to end users so they get the most out of Cyberhaven
• ▹Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance, best practices and insights
• ▹Conduct regular progress updates, status meetings and post-implementation reviews, acting as internal and external point of contact for escalations
• ▹Promptly escalate and resolve technical issues and system discrepancies with the development and support teams
• ▹Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and product advancements

Requirements

• ▹3+ years as Solutions Engineer, Delivery Manager or in Professional Services with endpoint security experience in the cybersecurity and DLP space
• ▹Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions, preferably in a professional services or consulting role with endpoint security products
• ▹Understanding of data classification methodologies to identify sensitive data types and define appropriate DLP policies
• ▹Ability to manage and deliver against strict timelines with constant prioritization and mitigation strategies
• ▹Deep technical background with hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting SaaS-based security and/or endpoint agent technologies
• ▹Software debugging skills
• ▹Knowledge of web technologies, APIs and data integration techniques
• ▹Understanding of system architecture, network protocols and Google Cloud Platform
• ▹Practical knowledge of macOS (MDM, app management, basic terminal skills) and Windows (SCCM, GPO, Intune, registry configuration, understanding PowerShell scripts) ecosystems
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• ▹Knowledge of system software design (services, drivers, agents)

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with other DLP solutions such as Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee DLP, Fortra (Digital Guardian), Trend Micro, Check Point, Next DLP or Proofpoint
