AI/GenAI Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Identify business challenges and turn them into feasible AI solutions with measurable KPIs
• ▹Build predictive analytics, machine learning and generative AI applications
• ▹Design GenAI solutions using foundation models, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings and vector search
• ▹Build agentic AI applications with frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar
• ▹Integrate AI components into enterprise applications, data platforms and business processes via APIs
• ▹Evaluate solutions for quality, performance, scalability, security and operating cost
• ▹Take AI solutions from prototype to secure, reliable production services
• ▹Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and reproducible deployments
• ▹Apply DevSecOps principles: security-by-design, automated security scanning, vulnerability management
• ▹Version and manage code, data, models, prompts, configurations and evaluation datasets
• ▹Use containerization and Infrastructure as Code where appropriate
• ▹Set up automated quality and security gates and controlled deployment and rollback mechanisms
• ▹Monitor model and data drift, output quality, groundedness, latency, availability, errors and operating cost
• ▹Maintain, update, retrain and continuously evaluate deployed AI solutions
• ▹Analyze incidents and remediate vulnerabilities
• ▹Work with business, IT, data governance, cybersecurity and platform teams
• ▹Explain AI capabilities, limitations and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Facilitate workshops for use-case discovery and solution design
• ▹Develop reusable technical patterns, guidelines and best practices
• ▹Support teams in adopting AI, DevSecOps, MLOps and GenAIOps

Requirements

• ▹At least three years of relevant experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science or software development
• ▹Hands-on experience building and operating AI or machine learning solutions in production
• ▹Experience collaborating in cross-disciplinary software or IT projects
• ▹Advanced Python skills and use of relevant AI/ML libraries
