Responsibilities

• ▹Own products and features from beginning to end: originate ideas from intuition and talking to users, understand strategy and goals, test MVPs in production with real users
• ▹Iterate on feedback, own pricing and ensure the ongoing success of your work
• ▹Collaborate with design when necessary; ship the basic UX using the design system
• ▹Talk to users, read their feedback and iterate quickly
• ▹Do support: each week one person in every engineering team is the Support hero who investigates and resolves customer-reported issues; the role also includes some on-call time
• ▹Write docs: the content team helps review and polish, but the person who built a feature is the best one to document it

Requirements

• ▹You have built things agents actually use: an API an agent can drive, an MCP server, evals, docs written for a machine; side projects count
• ▹Full-stack experience with relevant technologies, e.g. Python or similar and React or similar; something to do with big data is a bonus
• ▹Experience taking a project from 0 to 1: you might have led a project, been a founder or built an impressive side project
• ▹Strong writing skills: everything is documented, mostly publicly, so communicating ideas and making persuasive arguments is essential

Nice to have

• ▹Previous work at a high-growth SaaS company
• ▹Extensive knowledge of Django and/or TypeScript-based React
• ▹Experience building AI-native products or integrating AI into existing software
