Senior Project Manager (Smart Devices)

Responsibilities

• ▹Independently lead complex, organization-wide IT projects and cross-platform developments from initiation to successful delivery
• ▹Build sustainable relationships with demanding enterprise clients, advising convincingly at C-level on priorities and resources
• ▹Motivate and optimize multidisciplinary remote development teams (Android/Kotlin, iOS/Swift, backend)
• ▹Guard project scope, timeline, and budget through the company's Assured Delivery Process
• ▹Address technical risks early, such as strict Apple/Google app store guidelines and complex hardware integrations
• ▹Grow existing client accounts by proactively advising on digital transformation

Requirements

• ▹Multi-year, demonstrable experience as a Project Manager successfully leading complex, large-scale custom software projects
• ▹Ability to combine strategic long-term vision with hands-on execution
• ▹Comfortable switching between Agile/Scrum methodologies and traditional fixed-scope/fixed-price projects
• ▹Strong communication skills, staying calm under pressure, tactful and decisive when delivering bad news
• ▹Experience with C-level stakeholder management at demanding corporate/enterprise clients, building sustainable relationships, advising convincingly, and negotiating effectively on priorities and resources
• ▹Empathetic, relationship-building personality, comfortable in a 'remote first' environment
