Junior IT Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage IT infrastructure security services (firewall, endpoint security, web security, SOC)
• ▹Design new services and develop the related policies
• ▹Define and implement standardized processes to ensure efficient operations
• ▹Install and configure relevant security services
• ▹Plan and run tests and optimize systems for better performance
• ▹Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents in live operation

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT vocational training or degree, or equivalent long-term professional experience
• ▹Knowledge of firewall, endpoint security, web security and SOC services
• ▹Fluent (at least B2-C1) German and good English
• ▹Openness to international collaboration
• ▹Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• ▹Several years of professional experience in IT security
