Responsibilities

• ▹Build models to predict customers' payment behavior
• ▹Design A/B experiments, analyze the results and provide decision recommendations
• ▹Work closely with stakeholders to analyze complex data and provide insights for business-critical decisions
• ▹Review the work of data analysts and data scientists and provide feedback
• ▹Share knowledge and provide training on best practices in data processing and analytics methodologies
• ▹Define the data science strategy and align it with management and other teams
• ▹Propose, assess, prioritize and lead data science projects
• ▹Work with data engineers to ensure the best possible data infrastructure across products
• ▹Research and implement data science best practices and standards across product teams

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of professional experience in data science
• ▹Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python (or a similar scripting language)
• ▹Knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Good project management skills
• ▹Proactive attitude, sense of ownership, ability to work autonomously and coach team members
• ▹Startup mindset and willingness to work in a fast-evolving environment
• ▹Fluency in spoken and written English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in project and people leadership
• ▹Previous work experience in the financial or fintech sector
