Responsibilities

• ▹Support the development and evolution of the ERP target picture and ERP strategy for T-Systems
• ▹Evaluate and assess complex SAP system landscapes with a focus on consolidation, integration, harmonization and retirement decisions
• ▹Support the definition of the future ERP target architecture and operational target landscape for T-Systems
• ▹Translate business requirements and strategic transformation goals into scalable SAP architecture concepts and implementation roadmaps
• ▹Support the global process standardization of the Finance organization across SAP-based enterprise platforms
• ▹Analyze and assess finance-related SAP systems and processes (accounting systems, billing systems, master data management platforms, cross-functional FC processes)
• ▹Derive and structure architecture-driven backlogs for finance transformation initiatives and target architecture implementation
• ▹Map business capabilities to SAP platforms and align business requirements, process models and enterprise applications
• ▹Support architectural decision-making across key SAP platforms
• ▹Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to standardize and harmonize enterprise processes across SAP environments
• ▹Support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and evaluate future-fit architecture scenarios for the T-Systems ERP landscape
• ▹Contribute to architecture documentation, capability mapping and process modeling using enterprise architecture methodologies and tools
• ▹Operationalize architecture strategy elements into actionable implementation initiatives and transformation measures

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• ▹Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP environments within large enterprises or internationally operating organizations
• ▹Strong SAP expertise with hands-on experience especially in SAP FI/CO, PS, SD, MM
• ▹Experience in evaluating, designing and integrating complex SAP landscapes
• ▹Experience in SAP Enterprise Architecture, ERP target picture definition and transformation programs
• ▹Experience in gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into technical architecture concepts
• ▹Experience in backlog management as well as structuring and prioritizing transformation requirements
• ▹Strong understanding of finance and ERP processes, especially accounting, billing, intercompany and master data management
• ▹Experience with architecture and transformation methodologies and tools (TOGAF, LeanIX, capability mapping, Signavio)
• ▹Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations and hybrid SAP landscapes
• ▹Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
• ▹Ability to operationalize strategic architecture concepts and translate them into concrete implementation initiatives
• ▹Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• ▹Fluent English (written and spoken)
