Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹End-to-end leadership of technology projects
• ▹Developing and tracking detailed project plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables
• ▹Controlling project scope, deadlines, budget and quality
• ▹Coordinating technical workstreams and professional teams
• ▹Managing project dependencies, risks, issues and change requests
• ▹Tracking and reporting project status, escalating when needed
• ▹Regularly informing stakeholders and decision-makers
• ▹Preparing and leading Steering Committee meetings
• ▹Coordinating collaboration between technical and business teams
• ▹Coordinating the work of external IT vendors, implementation partners and subcontractors
• ▹Planning, tracking and forecasting project budget
• ▹Coordinating resources and project capacity
• ▹Project closure and documenting lessons learned

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience as a Technical Project Manager / IT Project Manager
• ▹Experience leading technology or IT projects end-to-end
• ▹Solid project planning, scheduling, budget and risk management skills
• ▹Experience coordinating technical teams and multiple parallel workstreams
• ▹Experience working with external IT vendors and technology partners
• ▹Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• ▹Excellent organizational, coordination and problem-solving skills
• ▹Structured, independent and results-oriented way of working
• ▹Confident English language skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with large enterprise, complex IT or technology projects
• ▹Practice coordinating multiple technical workstreams simultaneously
• ▹Knowledge of IT infrastructure, system integration or application development projects
• ▹Experience running project governance and steering committees
• ▹PMP, PRINCE2 or other project management certification
