Technical Project Manager - Databricks

Responsibilities

• ▹End-to-end management of data platform implementations on Databricks
• ▹Run all scrum ceremonies for data engineering and data science teams
• ▹Track budgets, optimize compute costs, manage technical risks
• ▹Bridge business requirements and technical execution for stakeholders
• ▹Partner with Product Owners and Data Architects to prioritize roadmap

Requirements

• ▹8+ years as IT Project Manager or Advisory Consultant
• ▹Track record in complex data/cloud projects
• ▹Strong understanding of AI and data platform concepts (Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric)

Nice to have

• ▹Consulting background at Big4 or top-tier tech consulting firm
• ▹Hands-on exposure to Spark, Delta Lake, or MLOps tools
• ▹Enterprise implementation experience (ERP, CRM, Core Banking, BSS/OSS)
• ▹Domain knowledge in Banking, Telco, Energy, Insurance, Retail, or Production
• ▹Strong people management skills
• ▹Fluent English
