Lightcast, a global labor market data provider, is hiring a Bulgarian-speaking Data Analyst for a 6-month contract role improving multilingual text classifier data quality, developing parsers, and translating taxonomies.
Responsibilities
- ▹Analyze and improve data quality of multilingual text classifiers
- ▹Develop parsers with the linguistics and engineering teams
- ▹Translate taxonomies (skills, titles, occupations)
- ▹Clean and analyze data in Excel and other tools
Requirements
- ▹Bulgarian reading/writing proficiency with structural language analysis
- ▹Reliable laptop and internet access
- ▹Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, data cleanup)
- ▹Basic SQL knowledge
- ▹Advanced regular expressions (RegEx) knowledge
Nice to have
- ▹Degree in linguistics, data analytics, or NLP
- ▹Slovenian language proficiency
- ▹Text analysis or machine learning knowledge
Soft skills
