Ledgy is looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a feature team building equity and compensation management features, combining technical leadership with team development and deliberate use of AI-assisted engineering.
Responsibilities
- ▹Lead and coach a team of engineers, regular 1:1s
- ▹Set technical and product direction with the team
- ▹Stay involved via code reviews and architecture discussions
- ▹Partner with Product and Design
- ▹Guide deliberate use of AI tools in the team
Requirements
- ▹Hands-on engineering leadership experience
- ▹Strong technical and product decision-making
- ▹Team development and coaching experience
Soft skills
Leadership and mentoring abilityDecision-making in a fast-evolving domain
