Engineering Manager: Agent & Developer Platform

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead a team of 4-6 engineers building the foundation for Ledgy's next chapter
• ▹Build a platform where AI agents operate as first-class citizens alongside human engineers
• ▹Partner closely with the CISO to shape security strategy as AI reshapes the threat landscape
• ▹Provide team leadership, set technical direction, and foster a strong engineering culture
• ▹Own CI/CD and developer experience: build and deployment pipelines that are fast, reliable, and optimized for both human and AI-agent workflows

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience in Engineering Management
• ▹6+ years as a Software Engineer, with meaningful time in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps roles
• ▹A strong vision for modern platform engineering in the age of AI agents
• ▹Deep experience in CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure
• ▹A security-minded approach to platform engineering
• ▹Hands-on ability with Terraform, pipeline debugging, and daily use of AI tools
