Technical Delivery Manager (Technical Engagement Manager)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own end-to-end technical onboarding and configuration of Bug Bounty, VDP and Pentest programs
• ▹Lead structured engagements: kickoffs, walkthroughs, regular program reviews
• ▹Act as technical point of contact during program launches
• ▹Advise on vulnerability triage, communication workflows and integration best practices
• ▹Support ongoing pentest/bounty projects to ensure on-time delivery
• ▹Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers and sales teams
• ▹Develop onboarding playbooks and technical documentation
• ▹Manage program timelines and stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (implementation, solutions architecture, technical program management or professional services)
