Responsibilities

• ▹Own detection capabilities from idea to customer impact across the AI/ML portfolio
• ▹Build and maintain data pipelines: sample sourcing, labeling, feature extraction
• ▹Design, train, fine-tune and evaluate models for production (e.g. ONNX artifacts)
• ▹Build an automated model build and release pipeline
• ▹Own model quality in production: telemetry, drift monitoring, retraining cadence
• ▹Design evaluation methodology for an adversarial, drifting domain
• ▹Automate the ML lifecycle with AI-assisted development and agentic automation
• ▹Set an experimentation roadmap prioritized by measurable customer-facing gains

Requirements

• ▹3+ years applied ML experience across at least two of: text/content classification, computer vision, similarity search, security/threat detection
• ▹Evidence of end-to-end delivery: models taken from data to production
• ▹Experience building data pipelines for model training
• ▹Strong Python; PyTorch or TensorFlow experience
