Lead Tech Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Maintain high-level operational ownership across the team
• ▹Lead incident management as escalation point for complex issues
• ▹Conduct technical investigations
• ▹Analyze data to validate hypotheses and identify optimizations
• ▹Review tech and product designs to mitigate operational risks
• ▹Support strategic and operational projects
• ▹Build tools and processes to improve team efficiency
• ▹Manage internal and external communications
• ▹Coach and mentor team members
• ▹Own team scheduling and on-call rotations

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in 2nd/3rd-level technical support, IT analysis, or monitoring, including team leadership
• ▹Demonstrated leadership: coaching, direction, talent development
• ▹Root cause analysis and solution design capabilities
• ▹Product-oriented, risk-prevention mindset
• ▹SQL and relational database proficiency
• ▹Experience predicting and preventing technical bottlenecks
• ▹Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• ▹Fluent English

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with Jira, Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic
