▹Lead and grow a high-performing team of AI and software engineers
▹Own execution and delivery of the AI Platform roadmap
▹Partner with Product, Applied AI, Data Science and engineering leaders to define AI quality measurement
▹Lead development of AI evaluation infrastructure, quality metrics and observability tooling
▹Drive technical and organizational decisions for platform scalability and reliability
▹Build cross-functional partnerships and influence engineering strategy

Requirements

▹Experience leading and growing high-performing software engineering teams
▹Strong technical background leading teams building AI infrastructure, LLM-powered or AI agent products, distributed systems, or developer platforms
▹Hands-on technical leadership (architecture, design and code reviews)
▹Experience building enterprise SaaS AI products where quality and reliability are critical
▹Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution
▹Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

▹Experience building AI evaluation frameworks and experimentation platforms
