Engineering Manager, AI

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and grow a high-performing team of AI and software engineers
• ▹Own execution and delivery of the AI Platform roadmap
• ▹Partner with Product, Applied AI, Data Science and engineering leaders to define AI quality measurement
• ▹Lead development of AI evaluation infrastructure, quality metrics and observability tooling
• ▹Drive technical and organizational decisions for platform scalability and reliability
• ▹Build cross-functional partnerships and influence engineering strategy

Requirements

• ▹Experience leading and growing high-performing software engineering teams
• ▹Strong technical background leading teams building AI infrastructure, LLM-powered or AI agent products, distributed systems, or developer platforms
• ▹Hands-on technical leadership (architecture, design and code reviews)
• ▹Experience building enterprise SaaS AI products where quality and reliability are critical
• ▹Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution
• ▹Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• ▹Experience building AI evaluation frameworks and experimentation platforms
