Responsibilities

• ▹Turn business problems brought back by Forward Deployed Engineers into agentic systems running in production
• ▹Own evaluation, observability and guardrails for agentic systems
• ▹Take real ownership of components and technical decisions

Requirements

• ▹Proactive and self-directed mindset
• ▹Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• ▹Comfort with ambiguity and ownership
• ▹B2+ English
• ▹5+ years in software or ML engineering with production systems
• ▹Solid AI/ML foundations
• ▹Shipped LLM applications and agentic workflows to production
• ▹Agentic orchestration experience (multi-step workflows, tool use, state management)
• ▹Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI) and agent frameworks
• ▹Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production
• ▹Strong engineering fundamentals, full-stack mindset
• ▹Python and/or TypeScript proficiency
• ▹Hands-on AWS in production (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR)
• ▹Cloud-native delivery: containers, Kubernetes/ECS, IaC, CI/CD applied to AI pipelines
• ▹Experience building or owning eval suites for non-deterministic systems
• ▹Model and agent monitoring, drift detection
• ▹Cost and latency discipline (model tiering, caching)

Nice to have

• ▹GCP or Azure experience
