Responsibilities

• ▹Communicate and collaborate effectively across teams
• ▹Support the development team with infrastructural dependencies, local and cloud
• ▹Lead decision-making in your functional area
• ▹Configure and maintain CI/CD tools and processes
• ▹Participate in peer reviews for code quality
• ▹Mentor team members
• ▹Build documentation for implemented functionality
• ▹Participate in Scrum ceremonies
• ▹Optimize and speed up the release process
• ▹Set up monitoring and measurements on the product
• ▹Identify and manage security risks

Requirements

• ▹Experience leading a team that shipped a successful digital mobile product
• ▹Distributed systems development experience
• ▹Senior AWS certification or equivalent experience
• ▹Experience running Terraform in production
• ▹Experience with a container scheduler (ECS, Kubernetes, Nomad) in production
• ▹Linux experience
• ▹Excellent troubleshooting abilities
• ▹Experience in Agile (Scrum) environments
• ▹Toolset: Terraform, AWS, ECS, .NET, Gitlab CI/CD

Nice to have

• ▹Fintech, US banking, or compliance-sensitive system experience
• ▹Networking and security familiarity
