IT Team Lead - Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and develop the BI team, both professionally and disciplinarily
• ▹Build and further develop a modern data warehouse architecture along a strategic roadmap
• ▹Establish and evolve data governance structures and data domains
• ▹Design and expand company-wide reporting and a self-service BI platform
• ▹Identify and implement AI and machine learning use cases (e.g. forecasting, pattern recognition)
• ▹Manage and deliver projects using agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), coordinating external service providers

Requirements

• ▹Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences or a comparable qualification
• ▹Several years of experience leading teams in a BI environment
• ▹Solid knowledge of building and operating data warehouse architectures
• ▹Experience in data governance, data modeling and data analytics
• ▹Hands-on experience with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• ▹Business-fluent (at least B2-C1) German and good English

Nice to have

• ▹Initial experience applying AI methods (e.g. machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics)
