• ▹Gather data and investigate issues, produce analysis
• ▹Perform screen-sharing troubleshooting for urgent cases
• ▹Write blog posts and knowledge base articles
• ▹Host webinars

Requirements

• ▹Hands-on PostgreSQL knowledge and related tools
• ▹Performance tuning, query optimization, index tuning
• ▹Backup solutions (pg_basebackup, pgBackRest, WAL-G)
• ▹Point-in-Time-Recovery knowledge
• ▹High availability solutions (replication, proxies)
• ▹Zero-downtime procedures knowledge
• ▹Linux system administration experience
• ▹English-language customer communication
• ▹Basic Kubernetes knowledge

Nice to have

• ▹MySQL knowledge
• ▹SLA-bound operations experience
• ▹Open-source community contributions
• ▹Patroni / Repmgr / Stolon knowledge
• ▹Cloud services (AWS/RDS, Azure, GCP)
• ▹Percona Monitoring & Management experience
