Canonical is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Business Systems team within the Commercial Systems unit, which is responsible for systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce and others at the heart of Canonical's business. The role suits a software engineering leader with a genuine interest in understanding the business, high engineering standards and the drive to deliver. You will be accountable for an internal product, lead a team of software engineers and develop their skills. This is a remote role based in the EMEA region.

Requirements
- ▹Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
- ▹Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about an alternative path
- ▹Track record of going above and beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results
- ▹Experience with software development in Salesforce, NetSuite or another CRM/ERP system
- ▹Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
- ▹Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments
- ▹Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events up to two weeks long
