SAP SD Specialist (ICS / Key User)

Responsibilities

• ▹Continuously maintain, further develop, and customize the SAP SD module in the SAP S/4HANA system as part of the global ICS team
• ▹Act as the primary contact between international SAP key users, business departments, IT, and external partners
• ▹Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement and optimization of SAP processes together with the team
• ▹Analyze requirements, develop solution proposals, and support implementation, rollout, and downstream support
• ▹Actively participate in international SAP projects, occasionally leading cross-departmental project work
• ▹Alternatively: provide SAP and CRM support in the sales area, create guidelines and documentation, and implement new business processes

Requirements

• ▹Experience in the SAP SD module, designing and customizing business processes (for the ICS role)
• ▹Very good SD module knowledge, ideally at key-user level (for the Key User role)
• ▹Project management skills
• ▹Strong social competence, teamwork, sense of responsibility, and resilience
