SAP SD & CRM Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide SAP and CRM support in the sales-related environment as the central contact for SAP and CRM users
• ▹Support SAP and CRM knowledge transfer and the onboarding of regional key users
• ▹Create, maintain, and train colleagues on guidelines and user documentation according to TIGER sales standards
• ▹Implement new business processes and change requests together with the ICS-SAP team, including documentation, testing, go-live support, and training
• ▹Harmonize, design, and further develop sales and business processes at the European and international level

Requirements

• ▹Completed business degree (university/college) or higher-level commercial education (e.g. Austrian HAK diploma)
• ▹Very good SAP knowledge in the SD module, ideally at key-user level
• ▹Solid German and English language skills
• ▹Very good MS Office skills
• ▹Strong social competence, teamwork, sense of responsibility, and resilience
