Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for EIP solutions, MFT/MOVEit, Informatica and MDM Hub
• ▹Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible or similar technologies
• ▹Support administration, deployment and operational activities across integration platforms
• ▹Contribute to the implementation of a unified Support 2.0 operating model
• ▹Collaborate with development, infrastructure and support teams to improve deployment and operational processes
• ▹Support ITSM and ServiceNow process design and optimization

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or Middleware Engineering
• ▹Strong experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline design for middleware platforms
• ▹Hands-on experience with Ansible or equivalent automation frameworks
• ▹Experience with MFT/MOVEit administration and deployment
• ▹Experience with Informatica and MDM Hub administration and deployment
• ▹Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow
• ▹Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
• ▹Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of Managed File Transfer (MFT) security practices
• ▹Experience standardizing support models across multiple platforms
