Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Plan, operate and continuously develop redundant network landscapes (Office, Data Center, WLAN)
• ▹Operate Check Point firewalls (ClusterXL, ideally Maestro) and routing/switching environments (Cisco, Juniper) in high-availability configurations
• ▹Manage and maintain the WLAN infrastructure, including FlexConnect
• ▹Operate SAN switches (Dell Connectrix) and site-to-site VPN gateways
• ▹Perform proactive troubleshooting at second and third support levels and participate in incident management
• ▹Independently resolve technical issues with a strong focus on definitive solutions
• ▹Take responsibility for the entire network lifecycle from evaluation through end-of-life
• ▹Provide structured documentation and regular reporting

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT apprenticeship or university degree
• ▹Several years of professional experience in network administration within enterprise or critical infrastructure (KRITIS) environments
• ▹Excellent knowledge of routing and switching (Cisco, Juniper), WLAN, VPN and firewalling
• ▹Experience with Check Point firewalls (certification desirable) and understanding of high-availability, security-critical networks
• ▹Proficiency in lifecycle management of network infrastructures
• ▹Participation in an on-call rotation, approximately 1 week per month
• ▹Fluent English and Polish, minimum B2 level, written and spoken

Nice to have

• ▹Good command of spoken and written German
• ▹Knowledge of Linux-oriented environments
