Responsibilities

• ▹Technically lead the assigned development team, tracking tasks and ensuring goals are met
• ▹Participate in planning, prioritization, and estimation of development work
• ▹Define and validate the most suitable technical solutions for business needs
• ▹Coordinate and report development progress to project stakeholders
• ▹Design, develop, and maintain web applications with a focus on user experience and the presentation layer
• ▹Ensure good development practices, quality standards, and code reviews
• ▹Drive adoption of TDD (Test-Driven Development) and automated testing
• ▹Support adoption of AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code) within the team, defining good prompting and code review practices
• ▹Participate in the design and evolution of microservices-based architectures
• ▹Collaborate on defining AWS-based cloud solutions

Requirements

• ▹More than 5 years of software development experience
• ▹Solid experience in Java and object-oriented programming
• ▹Advanced knowledge of the Java ecosystem: Java 8 or later, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• ▹Experience with presentation technologies: JavaScript, JSF, JSP, React
• ▹Experience designing and developing APIs and web services (REST/SOAP)
• ▹Experience with container environments: Docker, Kubernetes
• ▹Familiarity with development tools: Maven, Git, Jenkins
• ▹Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar), integrated into the daily workflow
