Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft BI technologies
• ▹Build and maintain data models across cloud and on-premise data sources
• ▹Collaborate with business stakeholders across Sales, Product, HR and Finance
• ▹Translate complex business concepts and data into clear, actionable visualisations
• ▹Use AI-assisted tools, including LLM-based assistants and AI agents, to accelerate analysis and detect anomalies
• ▹Drive adoption of self-service analytics across the organisation
• ▹Stay current on emerging technologies in analytics and applied AI

Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role
• ▹Demonstrated ability to deliver complex reporting solutions independently across multiple domains
• ▹Proven experience solving analytical challenges across multiple business domains (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR)
• ▹Solid SQL and data modelling foundations
