Associate Project Manager – Technical (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• ▹Independently manage coordination across 10-15 parallel customer engagements using Red Hat delivery processes
• ▹Drive the full delivery lifecycle of customer engagements from kick-off through resource allocation to closure
• ▹Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
• ▹Maintain up-to-date project documentation (status reports, RAID logs, meeting summaries)
• ▹Serve as point of contact for customers and manage expectations
• ▹Support organization of workshops and technical delivery checkpoints
• ▹Monitor project financials (hours, burn rate, consumption) and own invoicing/reporting
• ▹Coordinate with Services, Sales, Support, and Partner teams
• ▹Capture lessons learned and support retrospectives

Requirements

• ▹Strong communication skills in customer-facing environments
• ▹Proactive mindset and sense of accountability
• ▹Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize multiple parallel engagements
• ▹Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks (Agile, waterfall, hybrid)
• ▹Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• ▹Comfortable using Red Hat and similar tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Smartsheet
• ▹Excellent written and verbal German and English

Nice to have

• ▹PMI or Agile fundamentals certifications
