Responsibilities

• ▹Process design and optimization
• ▹Interface management between occupational medicine, occupational safety and the internal IT/software team
• ▹Project management of cross-functional projects from idea to successful implementation
• ▹Product co-creation for new hybrid services and digital products
• ▹Requirements management, translating business needs into technical requirements

Requirements

• ▹At least 2 years of professional experience in a management consulting firm or a comparable role
• ▹Strong IT & digital understanding
• ▹Analytical 'questioning spirit'
• ▹Cross-functional thinking
• ▹Communication strength in German
