Senior AI Engineer (f/m/d) - Remote in Germany

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and extend agentic systems: new tools, sub-agents, prompt iterations
• ▹Co-own the evaluation framework: golden datasets, LLM-as-judge pipelines, regression suites, production-trace mining
• ▹Work across both Synera MAS and Synera Assistant
• ▹Pick up reliability concerns such as error handling and retries
• ▹Help the team go deeper on customer insights data

Requirements

• ▹Experience building agentic AI systems
• ▹Familiarity with LLM-based evaluation methods (golden datasets, LLM-as-judge)
• ▹Experience with CI integrations and regression testing
• ▹Residency in Germany (for the flexible working arrangement)
