Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models that deliver measurable results for clients
• ▹Work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into data-driven approaches
• ▹Design, implement, and evaluate AI/ML use cases from classic ML to state-of-the-art LLMs
• ▹Ensure robust deployment and monitoring in production environments
• ▹Apply MLOps practices, software engineering, and integration to ensure reproducibility, scalability, and continuous improvement
• ▹Communicate results clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in data science, statistics, machine learning, software engineering, and/or applied AI projects
• ▹Fluent in Python with confident use of modern (ML) frameworks and libraries
• ▹MLOps and deployment experience: model serving, monitoring, CI/CD workflows (e.g. MLflow, Airflow, Docker, GitHub Actions)
• ▹Writes clean, maintainable code and structures projects using modern software engineering practices (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic)
• ▹Hands-on NLP and LLM experience (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Deepseek)
• ▹Solid SQL and database fundamentals, designing efficient pipelines for training and inference
• ▹Cloud experience with ML stacks on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• ▹Fluent German (C1) and English
