Responsibilities

• ▹Own full governance, delivery, and stakeholder communication for TrakSYS MES projects across multiple manufacturing clients
• ▹Drive the full project lifecycle from discovery through go-live
• ▹Own the project plan, RAIDD log, financial tracking, change requests, and status reporting
• ▹Act as the primary point of contact for delivery governance and status communication
• ▹Collaborate with MES consultants, Technical Architects, Technical Leads, Engineers, QA and client teams
• ▹Manage 3 to 4 concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
• ▹Conduct project kickoff calls, prepare project plans and milestones, and establish governance structure and stakeholder maps
• ▹Manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Decisions (RAIDD)
• ▹Track and manage change requests and support SOW creation and estimation
• ▹Maintain project documentation and conduct weekly status meetings
• ▹Coordinate day-to-day execution with the Technical Lead and Engineers, overseeing sprint planning, backlog progress, and sprint reviews
• ▹Track deliverables against scope, schedule, and quality metrics, and support SIT/UAT readiness

Requirements

• ▹Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (kickoffs, key workshops)
• ▹Ability to manage 3 to 4 concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
